Does IDT synthesize qPCR probes with locked nucleic acids?

Yes, IDT offers locked nucleic acid probes as Affinity Plus qPCR Probes and PrimeTime LNA® qPCR Probes*. Read the Locked nucleic acid technology page to find out how including these modified bases can increase probe Tm, allow use of shorter probes, and facilitate probe hybridization with challenging targets and samples (e.g., AT-rich regions, FFPE and biofluid samples).
