The xGen™ Pre-hybridization Normalase module can be used upstream of hybridization capture to normalize library inputs prior to enrichment. This workflow was demonstrated with various input amounts and sample preparation approaches supporting integration with upstream normalization steps for both singleplex and multiplex hybridization experiments.
